When the church is seen in rubbing arms with the oppressors, in shoulder to shoulder with the powers that be and spend so much money in maintaining her institutional needs including the very proud high towering symbols while spending less in seeking justice for the hungry, the thirsty, the homeless, the naked and the unjustly imprisoned, the kingship of Jesus Christ is not there.
The Theology of Struggle. It is the Church in the society. The Church always plays a role in society even in making the people impoverished. She has also a role to make them free from oppression. She has been in the struggle for nationhood, for human dignity, and liberation from oppression since the time of Moses, to Jesus Christ, and until the Church of today's context.
